What the platform may process
Business contact information, account and authentication records, property operations data supplied by customers, bookings and operational tasks, contracts, billing records, support records, compliance references and—only where a separately gated regulated module is activated—transactional due-diligence records.
Purposes
Providing contracted software and services, account security, billing, customer support, operational reminders, maintaining legal/compliance records and business-to-business marketing where the applicable lawful-basis and electronic-marketing rules permit it.
Retention and processors
Retention is governed by the platform retention register. The live subprocessor register must be finalised before launch and reflected in the final reviewed notice.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, individuals may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection. Direct-marketing objections are honoured by the suppression system.
